How the hub works
One account, two roles. Follow the guided steps whether you're buying through SafePay or consigning items via a curator.
Buyer flow
- 1. Pay into SafePay from the listing page → hub auto-creates your order.
- 2. Schedule inspection here. Protected Payment moves to Hold automatically.
- 3. After inspection tap Approve release or Request refund. Status updates instantly.
- 4. Need help? Open the Trust Ops contact modal from any card.
Seller / curator flow
- 1. Curator lists or consigns inventory. Inventory console shows product-only stats.
- 2. Automatic notifications fire when buyers book inspections or request refunds.
- 3. Payment release → payouts → statements sync in the Finance card.
- 4. Trust Ops console handles overrides; buyer hub updates in real time.
Consignments
Everything you have in motion with verified Curators. Protected Payment and payout statuses stay in sync.
