Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Qlutterbox and connected trust tooling across the Qubicbox ecosystem.

Version 1.1. Effective 3 September 2026.

Operator and agreement

Qlutterbox is a commerce product operated by Qubicbox Limited, RC 167150, which is the platform contractual counterparty under these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a contractual account, use commerce or payment services, or participate as a Curator.

Use Qlutterbox only for lawful curator-led protected commerce, protected payment, inspections, and trust workflows without infringing on other participants.
Do not submit false claims, manipulate trust signals, or interfere with security controls.

Keep credentials confidential and enable required MFA/hardware keys. Curators must maintain up-to-date KYC and duty rosters.
We may suspend or restrict access when abuse, fraud, or repeated inspection breaches are detected.

Inspections, disputes, and payouts follow TrustOps playbooks logged in immutable AuditLog. Protected Payment keeps release decisions tied to verified workflow evidence; Curators never touch buyer funds directly.
Protected Payment means payment is processed through an approved payment service provider and follows defined release, inspection, completion, and dispute rules. Qubicbox Limited does not operate a bank, deposit account, or escrow service.
If enhanced transaction protection is declined, payment must still use approved payment channels. Platform integrity and provider rules continue to apply, but the enhanced conditional release and dispute layer may not apply unless required by law or provider rules.
Reports routed into E-Fraud Watch must be accurate, made in good faith, and may be shared with authorities where legally required.

You may withdraw the item before a buyer completes protected payment.
Once buyer payment is confirmed, you must complete the sale and make the item available for the agreed collection or delivery.
The item must belong to you, be legal to sell, and match the description, condition, photographs and price supplied.
You must keep the item available while an order is active and meet the agreed inspection, collection or delivery arrangements.
After payment, cancellation is limited to exceptional circumstances reviewed by Qlutterbox support. Unjustified cancellation may lead to a buyer refund, account restrictions or loss of selling privileges.

A Curator is an independent ecosystem participant who may source, inspect, document, coordinate, and support transactions under Qubicbox rules.
A Curator cannot bind Qubicbox Limited, make guarantees on its behalf, or receive buyer funds outside approved platform payment channels. Curators must disclose relevant commissions and conflicts and recuse where required.

Listing templates, trust labels, Cybershield assets, and Trust Notes remain Qlutterbox or partner IP. Do not reuse without permission.

Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or guarantee dispute outcomes.
Trust Notes, advisories, or Qubicweb overlays are informational and not legal or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Qlutterbox and Qubicbox are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

We may proportionately restrict, suspend, or terminate access for security, substantiated fraud, payment risk, identity integrity, legal obligations, serious trust risk, or a material or repeated breach of these Terms.
Where legally and operationally appropriate, we record the reason, notify the affected user, and provide a review or appeal route.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any applicable approved dispute-resolution process.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
