Buyer walkthrough
Follow a SafePay order from payment to payout using demo routes. Every link points to live data, so you can see the automation loops that Trust Ops monitors behind the scenes.
1. Pay into SafePay
Choose a listing, tap Pay with SafePay, and the buyer hub will create an order automatically. Funds auto-lock and the curator gets notified instantly.
2. Schedule inspection
Use the buyer hub to pick an inspection slot. Protected Payment stays in HOLD status until you approve or decline.
3. Approve or request refund
After inspection, use the order timeline to approve release or trigger an automated refund. The listing reactivates without manual Trust Ops work.
4. Track payout & Trust Notes
Once you approve, payout, commission, and Trust Notes update automatically. Refund cases publish to the Trust Centre for transparency.
